Two fronts will bring much needed rain, along with strong winds to our area tonight, tomorrow and Wednesday. The rain is expected to arrive tonight and some places in the Georgia mountains could get up to five inches, and farther south we could see 2 to 4 inches. The National Weather Service has issued aHigh Wind Watch effective from this afternoon through Tuesday morning. Impacts: Downed Trees, especially those weakened by fire or drought. Also, strong winds could bring down branches and power lines. Strong winds will also make driving difficult. Keep it on WLJA for updates on your weather.
